the main function of the foundation is to support the machine, and no deformation is allowed where it contacts the machine. If there is deformation, the whole working state of the machine will be affected. In serious cases, the accuracy of the machine will be damaged, and the quality of the printed products cannot be guaranteed, so it is necessary to ensure that the foundation will never deform. The weight of the machine shall be taken into account in the construction of the foundation. The higher the weight of the machine, the higher the requirements for the bearing capacity of the foundation. If the weight of the unit is w, the impact force generated during operation is f, the contact area between the supporting screw of the machine and the foundation is s, and the average pressure borne by the foundation surface is p, then there are:

p/s> w+f P> (w+f)/s

from the above formula, it can be seen that the pressure borne by the foundation P is inversely proportional to the contact area s, and the larger s, that is, the larger the contact area, the greater P. The contact area s refers to the place where the support of the machine contacts the foundation, not the whole foundation. From the perspective of foundation, the larger the contact area, the better, so the lower the requirements for foundation. If a large rigid material is added under the supporting screw, as shown in Figure 5.9, the other is that the polycarbonate insole enlarges the contact surface between the machine and the foundation, thus reducing the unit pressure P borne by the foundation

if the rigid material is too thin, it will not play its due role, as shown in Figure 5.10. Therefore, the strength of the rigid material to resist deformation must be improved. In addition to the characteristics of the material itself, the surface deformation can be resisted by increasing the thickness of the material, as shown in Figure 5.11. However, the greater the thickness of the cushion block, the higher the center of gravity of the machine and the worse the stability of the machine. Therefore, the thickness of the material cannot be increased blindly. The larger the area of the cushion block, the smaller the unit pressure on the foundation and the lower the requirements on the foundation. The size of the foundation is directly related to the supporting screws, which should generally be included. The foundation shall be a whole. It is not allowed to make a foundation only on the surface that determines the tension accuracy measurement under the support screw, but not at other non-contact places, as shown in Figure 12a

if this is done, first, each foundation is not well coordinated; Second, the contact pressure between each foundation and the ground is much greater than the contact pressure between the whole foundation and the ground, so it is easy to cause large deformation where the stress is large. In fact, the foundation is equivalent to a rigid cushion with a large thickness. The larger the foundation, the smaller the unit pressure between it and the ground below, as shown in figure 5.12b

however, with the increase of foundation, the cost will also increase. From an economic point of view, the smaller the foundation, the better. The larger the foundation volume is, the stronger its ability to maintain its own inertia and impact resistance will be, so as to keep the machine in its original position

the foundation is often eroded by oil, so oil resistant materials must be used as the foundation. Some equipment is also equipped with a special oil pan on the foundation to prevent oil from flowing to the whole ground and to prevent oil from seeping into the foundation. The oil collecting pan is only suitable for the machine with less oil leakage. If the oil leakage of the machine is very serious, the oil collecting cylinder (made together when making the foundation) should be set somewhere around the foundation, so that the escaping oil can flow into the oil collecting cylinder. In addition, pay attention to the level of the foundation surface. If the contact surface between the foundation and the machine support is uneven, it will make it difficult to find the level. Therefore, these future industry elites also have a direct dialogue with PRDC experts. If there are bumps under the support (wire support, rebar head, etc.), they should be leveled before the machine is in place and the output only increases by 82% year-on-year
