Research on the operation model of green supply chain (Part I)

In view of this, some scholars at home and abroad are committed to the research and application of green manufacturing, in order to make the manufacturing industry use resources most effectively and minimize the harm to the environment. In the traditional supply chain, although some enterprises in key links formulate and implement strict internal standards for environmental management, their upstream suppliers and downstream distributors do not necessarily follow the same standards, which makes the environmental management of the supply chain lack of systematicness and integrity, and can not achieve the real purpose of environmental protection at all. In order to solve this problem, the idea of system and integration is introduced into the process of green manufacturing and environmental management, and green supply chain is proposed

2 green supply chain and green supply chain operation model

It is based on green manufacturing theory and supply chain management technology, involving suppliers, manufacturers, sellers and users. Its purpose is to minimize the negative impact on the environment and maximize resource efficiency in the whole process of product acquisition, processing, packaging, warehousing, transportation, use and scrap disposal." In general, green supply chain can be seen as the idea of green manufacturing running through the whole process of traditional supply chain. Therefore, the idea of green manufacturing can be integrated into the SCOR model of traditional supply chain and transformed into the operation model of green supply chain

The operation model of green supply chain embeds the idea of green manufacturing on the basis of the original SCOR model. It requires supply chain designers to fully consider all factors in the whole life cycle of products, from concept formation to product scrap disposal, from the beginning of design, including quality, cost, schedule, user needs, optimal utilization of resources, waste generation and recycling. On the whole, the whole supply chain is divided into the procurement link of green supply chain, the manufacturing link of green supply chain, the payment link of green supply chain and the recycling link of green supply chain. In each link, the requirements of green manufacturing are followed, and then the whole supply chain is managed as a green system

3 analysis of the operation model program of green supply chain

3.1 the procurement link of green supply chain

green procurement is to implement the awareness of preventing environmental pollution and saving energy in the whole supply chain through source control. In addition, green procurement can meet the public's demand for environmental protection products and reduce costs as a whole. Enterprises in the green supply chain should design the green procurement link from the following aspects:

3.1.1 selection and management of green suppliers. Through communication with suppliers, enterprises put forward requirements for suppliers' products in order to reduce the use of materials and waste generation. 3.1.2 implement collaborative procurement. Collaborative purchasing refers to the process that enterprises and suppliers adjust their plans and implement delivery in real time according to the supply situation of the supply chain on the basis of sharing inventory, demand and other information. Suppliers can adjust their plans in real time according to the real-time inventory, plan and other information of the enterprise, which can reduce inventory without sacrificing service level

3.1.3jit order driven purchase. 3.2.2 selection of green materials. Green material is a relative concept, which is still in the process of continuous development and improvement. Green materials mainly include the progressiveness of the material itself, high-quality materials with low production energy consumption, safety of the production process, low noise, no pollution, rationality of material use, economical and recyclable materials, and compliance with the requirements of modern engineering. The selection of green product materials requires that environmental protection factors and the engineering properties of materials, such as manufacturability, reliability, maintainability, etc. should be taken as the common objectives of material selection, so that the products not only have excellent predetermined functions, but also are conducive to environmental protection and ecological environment

3.2.3 cleaner production. Cleaner production itself is a process of continuous improvement. It requires enterprises to put forward updated goals in a timely manner with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology. It requires enterprises to always consider environmental protection and reflect green in enterprise management.
